If you are a new promoter, you will need to add the new promoter deposit fee (refundable).
Permit fees are based on the following table:
Less than 14 days from the event: $105
15-44 days before the event: $55
More than 45 days before the event: $40
Insurance is $5 per additional insured (include yourself or your organization in this count). If you require more than 15 additional insureds please contact Chuck.
New promoter deposit (refundable): $200
If an insured requires primary and non-contributory coverage and/or a waiver of subrogation, you must add the coverage to the cart. The cost is $135 per insured for the primary and non-contributory coverage and $185 for the waiver of subrogation, that requires this coverage.
